Challenge

Pacifica is a well known name in the real estate sector and we were approached by them to design their hoardings, e-mailers, newspaper ads, inserts and flyers. Since multiple projects were being promoted at the same time, the challenge was to ensure fast paced delivery in short turnaround times, almost on a daily basis. Each project had a theme, a promotional language, and most importantly amenities, offers and a pricing of its own.

Solution

Each project's theme was developed in such a manner that all their individual promotional assets would look consistent across multiple platforms. Most importantly, we developed a design strategy focusing on highlighting the core USPs and offers that each project had to offer, individually. As a result, multiple campaigns saw an excellent response coming from potential customers.

Well built, and well received.

We received feedback from the client that most of our creatives were well reciprocated by their customers be it the west or south of India. This led to a significant increase in engagement and inquiries for Pacifica.
