Pacifica is a well known name in the real estate sector and we were approached by them to design their hoardings, e-mailers, newspaper ads, inserts and flyers. Since multiple projects were being promoted at the same time, the challenge was to ensure fast paced delivery in short turnaround times, almost on a daily basis. Each project had a theme, a promotional language, and most importantly amenities, offers and a pricing of its own.
Solution
Each project's theme was developed in such a manner that all their individual promotional assets would look consistent across multiple platforms. Most importantly, we developed a design strategy focusing on highlighting the core USPs and offers that each project had to offer, individually. As a result, multiple campaigns saw an excellent response coming from potential customers.
